Quality Standards
Quality Standards
Our Verification Process
- We verify grade, unit count, and lot notes at intake and before dispatch.
- Visual variation is expected on surplus lots; structural deviations are disclosed when known.
- All materials are inspected against published specifications before release to inventory.
What We Guarantee
- Grade accuracy: Materials match the grade designation in product listings (e.g., "Grade A", "CDX", "Structural 1").
- Quantity accuracy: Unit counts are verified before shipment.
- Specification disclosure: Any performance-affecting characteristics are documented in lot notes.
What to Expect
- Cosmetic variance: Color shading, grain patterns, surface texture, and finish may vary between lots and within lots.
- Surplus characteristics: Packaging may show wear, labels may be updated or missing, branding may differ from current retail versions.
- Factory seconds: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural performance (clearly noted in product descriptions).
Quality Claims
- Claims must be submitted before installation and within 7 days of pickup/delivery.
- Submit claims to [email protected] with photos and lot codes.
- Claims require items to remain in original condition (unopened, uninstalled, undamaged).
- Cosmetic variance within industry standards does not constitute a valid quality claim.
Resolution
Valid quality claims are resolved through replacement (subject to availability), credit, or refund at our discretion. Installation labor, freight charges, and consequential damages are not covered.
