Return Policy

General Policy

Surplus/Downfall/Factory Second sales are final unless the product meaningfully deviates from the posted lot notes or specifications.

Return Eligibility

Returns are considered only when:

  • Product received does not match the grade, unit, or specification listed
  • Quantity is significantly short (beyond acceptable tolerance)
  • Undisclosed structural defects affect performance

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Cosmetic variance (color shading, grain, texture within normal range)
  • Change of mind or project cancellation
  • Items that have been opened, installed, cut, or altered
  • Clearance items marked "All Sales Final"

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unopened on pallets and in original condition
  • Return authorization required - contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos and lot codes must be provided
  • Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless product is defective

Restocking Fee

Approved returns of non-defective items incur a 25% restocking fee to cover handling, re-inspection, and re-palletizing costs.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items
  • Freight charges are non-refundable
  • Credits may be issued in lieu of refunds at our discretion

Damaged Shipments

Report shipping damage immediately upon delivery. Note damage on delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the carrier for claims.
