Requirements

BUYER MUST BE ABLE TO UNLOAD AT RECEIVING SITE. WE CONTRACT WITH 3RD PARTY CARRIERS WHO CANNOT OFFER UNLOADING SERVICES.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR INABILITY TO UNLOAD ON SITE.
ORDERS MUST BE UNLOADED DURING THE DELIVERY WINDOW SET WITH THE CARRIER.

Shipping Options

We pride ourselves on price transparency. Our shipping costs are fixed so we offer a few shipping options:

Full Load Orders

DELIVERY IS INCLUDED in product price for full load orders.
Quantity for a "Full Load Order" is displayed in the pricing calculator on each product page.
You will hear from a member of our team within 4-5 business days of order placement on delivery scheduling.
Most full load orders are delivered within 2 weeks of purchase.

Fractional Load Orders

DELIVERY IS INCLUDED in product price for fractional load orders that DO NOT opt for priority shipping.
Delivery schedule for fractional load orders depends on product demand.
Fractional load orders will be dispatched after the fill threshold has been met for your geographic area. By entering your address you can check current fill level.
After placing an order, you can check your order page to see the current fill status of the truck your order is on.

Fractional Load Orders w/ Priority Shipping

DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED in product price for fractional laod orders that opt for priority shipping.
Our shipping costs are fixed. If you opt to dispatch a truck that is not full, these costs will be passed through to you directly. We do not mark up our shipping services.
You will hear from a member of our team within 4-5 business days of order placement on delivery scheduling.
Most fractional load orders that opt for priority shipping are delivered within 2 weeks of purchase.

Order Inspection

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.
