Shipping Methods

Pickup

  • Available at warehouses listed on product/lot pages
  • Pickup by appointment only - call (215) 470-4753 to schedule
  • Bring lot codes and order confirmation
  • Consignee responsible for loading; forklifts/pallet jacks may be available by arrangement
  • No shipping charges

Parcel Shipping

  • Available for small-format items (boxes of tile, flooring, etc.)
  • Palletized items do not qualify for parcel shipping
  • Delivery to residential and commercial addresses
  • Tracking provided via email

LTL Freight

  • Required for palletized orders (OSB, plywood, shingles, etc.)
  • Freight class determined by product (typically Class 55-70)
  • Consignee must provide receiving access (loading dock or forklift)
  • Delivery appointment arranged by carrier

LTL Freight Requirements

  • Commercial delivery is standard (loading dock, forklift, business hours)
  • Residential delivery requires liftgate service (additional fee)
  • Appointment delivery may incur fees
  • Inside delivery, room of choice, or jobsite delivery not available unless arranged in advance

Delivery Timeframes

  • Pickup: Same day or next business day after order
  • Parcel: 3-7 business days
  • LTL Freight: 5-10 business days depending on distance

Freight Inspection

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, freight class, and destination
  • Trade account holders receive preferred freight rates
  • Pickup orders incur no shipping charges
